Villa Boudari  is ideally situated next to a small sandy beach in the very peaceful area of Boudari which happens to only be a 10 minute walk from the town of Antiparos.  This beautiful property looks out onto the island of Paros and the small island 'Revmatonisi'.  The orientation of the property is east.

The villa is surrounded by a large landscaped garden with beautiful apricot and palms trees, as well as roses, lavender and rosemary bushes. There are plenty of outdoor living and entertaining areas that are shaded by pergolas, and a private pool that overlooks the sea and the island of Paros.

The interior is minimal yet cosy. Whitewashed walls, a glossy white painted floor and blue windows are stylistic nods to the Cycladic tradition. The typical island white and blue colours are contrasted with bright pinks found in the furnishings throughout.

Villa boudari can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people.  The property has a main house and a separate guest house, making it ideal for families or a large group of friends holidaying together but who also want independence and privacy.

Beautifully furnished spacious terraces overlooking the sea and the huge garden allow for a lot of outdoor entertaining.  There is also a stone built BBQ and an outdoor wooden stove.

The outdoor covered patio is ideal for lying out or dining any time of day as it is protected from the sun and wind.
